You retain ownership of content you post (reviews, images, streams) but grant Pulse a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, display, and distribute it within the Service. You confirm you have the rights to post such content.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Apple App Store End User License Agreement (EULA)

If you access or download the Pulse iOS application from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. You agree to comply with that agreement in addition to these Terms.
